The staff on the night shift were very accommodating. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room was brand-new and neat. the free breakfast had a good variety of choices.

Convenient location for getting around easily. the bed is super comfy 😊, the bathroom is spotless, and the room has central heating. It also comes with a safe box and a TV with multiple channels.

room was newly renovated and clean. bed was comfortable. hotel is centrally located. at least between 11 pm and 6 am the hotel is relatively quiet.

barking dog in the next room. meeting of a religious community in the hotel with the microphone fully turned up at 7. 30 am on sunday morning. breakfast could be better and richer. jam was not replenished after it was empty for 2 days (there was only peanut butter as spread).

Convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Situated in a peaceful area. The rooms are tidy and look brand new. However, I did find an unmade bed 🛏️ and noticed issues with the freezer and TV.

Had a wonderful stay in an ideal location. the room was well-equipped with amenities like a front desk computer and a TV. - the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect. - the hotel was set in a quiet area.

Fairly clean hotel, liked to be just off fountains, the city center, a quiet thanks to ideal location. The staff was accommodating and polite, offered greatservices. I booked a triple room for 1 night and had a great stay.

Nice motel.. Conveinent to shopping etc

No shampoo... No pen/pad in room... They ran out of towels and wash clothes for other guest.. Breakfast was minamal...pool issues ...not ready until 2 pm sat

The service here was amazing! 😊 They served a big and complimentary breakfast with delicious pastries and the highlight for me was definitely the waffles. The location was convenient and just right for exploring around.

Friendly Staff. Close to alot of things to do. Nice pool. Clean rooms.

One elevator. A guy asking questions acting like he had a room and didn't. He was up to no good glad my boyfriend caught on to him. We knocked on the door where he went no one was in that room. Watch your surroundings.

bed was horrible, way past its usefull life. It has lost all support - also wifi that keeps shutting down, won't stay up for more than 5 minutes at a time

The hotel was fairly clean. Staff were all incredibly nice. The accommodation was in a central location close to everything. It was right by the city center as well as the Days Inn Newport News.
